Cancellation and Refund Policy

First: Scope of Application

This policy applies to all orders submitted through the Gathro platform, and is subject to the nature of the service provided by the service provider, taking into account the regulations and laws in force in the country where the service is provided.

Second: Order Cancellation by Consumer

  1. The consumer has the right to cancel the order before the service provider accepts it, and eighty percent of the paid amount is refunded to the payment method or the user's wallet.
  2. In case the order is accepted by the service provider: The consumer may not cancel except according to the service provider's policy announced on the service page.
  3. The platform does not bear responsibility for the service provider's refusal to cancel after accepting the order, as long as this is consistent with their announced policy.

Third: Order Cancellation by Service Provider

  1. In case the service provider cancels the order after accepting it without a legitimate reason:
    • The consumer has the right to a full refund of the paid amount.
    • The platform has the right to take regulatory measures against the service provider, including deducting from their dues.
  2. The following are considered illegitimate reasons:
    • Lack of readiness
    • Incorrect pricing
    • Cancellation without regulatory or technical justification

Fourth: Replacement

  1. Service replacement or modification is subject to the service provider's policy announced on the service page.
  2. The platform does not guarantee acceptance of replacement unless the service provider explicitly states so.
  3. In case replacement is approved, ten percent of the total amount will be deducted as platform fees.

Fifth: Non-Cancellable or Non-Replaceable Services

Cancellation or replacement is not accepted in the following cases:

  1. Services that have been fully fulfilled.
  2. Services linked to a specific time and execution has begun.
  3. Services for which the service provider explicitly states that they are not cancellable or replaceable.

Sixth: Refund Mechanism

  1. Refund operations are completed within a period not exceeding (7) business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  2. The refund method is:
    • To the original payment method, or
    • To the user's wallet within the platform.
  3. The platform does not bear any bank fees imposed by financial institutions.

Seventh: Limits of Platform Liability

The platform's responsibility is limited to managing the technical process of cancellation or replacement, and it does not bear any obligation to achieve a specific result as long as it adheres to the procedures contained in this policy.

Eighth: Consumer's Right to File a Complaint

The consumer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with what is stated in the platform usage policy.
